Terms of service
Last updated: 2026-05-19
These general terms of use and sale ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Salloni service by any salon, professional or business ("Customer"). By creating an account, the Customer accepts the Terms without reservation.
1. Scope
Salloni is a SaaS application for managing appointments, customers, scheduling, services and payments for hair salons, beauty salons, spas, hammams and barbershops. The service is delivered online, with no local installation.
2. Registration and launch program
Registration creates a secure account. During the launch program, access to available features is free. Salloni may evolve this program after informing users in advance. Any future paid offer will have separate terms and require separate acceptance.
3. Free launch access
No payment or bank card is required to use Salloni during the launch phase. Founding salons will be informed before any commercial-model change and will receive preferential terms described when that change is introduced.
4. Account closure
The Customer may request account closure at any time. Salloni may suspend or close an account in case of a serious breach of these Terms, abusive use, fraud or a threat to the service's security.
5. Service availability
Salloni applies reasonable means to ensure continuity of the service. Maintenance windows may occur and are announced when possible. Salloni is not liable for unavailability caused by force majeure, by a sub-processor's infrastructure or by an act attributable to the Customer.
6. Data and ownership
The Customer retains ownership of all data entered into Salloni (customers, appointments, services, payments). Salloni acts as a processor under loi 09-08. The Customer can export data at any time from the account area or on simple request.
7. Limitation of liability
Salloni is bound by a means obligation. Salloni's aggregate liability is capped at the amounts effectively paid by the Customer over the previous twelve (12) months. Indirect damages, loss of turnover and reputational harm are excluded.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, after attempting amicable resolution.
